The people who do the work.
A seventeen-strong faculty of tenured practitioners with deep school-system experience. Coaching is their first tool, not their only one. They sit alongside leadership teams, month after month, until the team can carry the work itself. Each month they meet for their own supervision, because we cannot teach what we do not practise.
The faculty.
Who runs the work.
The team is a deliberate mix of education, coaching, finance, and operations. It holds the methodology, the money, and the relationships.
