Dinaledi was founded in 2007 by a visionary group of educators and engineers who recognized the critical need for leadership development in underperforming schools. Driven by a belief in the power of transformational conversations and the immense potential of young minds, we pioneered the concept of educational coaching in South Africa.

From humble beginnings piloting our approach in just two schools, Dinaledi has grown into a recognized force, expanding our reach to over 40 schools across multiple educational districts in urban, peri-urban and rural contexts, with our focus being on under-resourced schools.
